How do I get the best price when I sell my home?

How much you’ll be able to sell your home for is determined by a number of factors.

First of all, it will depend on the location of your home. It’s no secret that a property’s value is primarily influenced by where it is. Properties in desirable neighbourhoods or close to schools, parks, and public transportation tend to be worth more.

Perhaps as equal will be the size and condition of your home. It almost goes without saying, but the better shape your property is in, the more it’ll be worth. A bigger, well-maintained home is usually worth more than a smaller, run-down one.

Lastly, property values can go up or down because of what’s happening in the property market and the economy. If a lot of people want to buy houses, the prices can go up. But if not many people are buying, prices can go down.
