When should I contact you?
The earlier the better. If you’re thinking of selling, reach out to us already. We will provide you with a valuation for your property and help you find the best estate agent for it. Our team will guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have. If you’re thinking of buying, we can get your ready to purchase and help you find a property that is right for you.
How long do property transactions take?
The UK industry average is currently 22 weeks from sale agreed to exchange. With Conveyo it’s 4-8 weeks on average.
How is Conveyo different?
You are at the heart of what we do, from start to finish. We empower property experts with state-of-the-art technology, allowing them to deliver stellar customer service at a competitive price. We set up and manage the entire transaction for you, so you can get on with life.
Are you an estate agent?
No, but we work very closely with estate agents. We monitor the market diligently to identify the top-performing estate agents for your property. If you are already working with an estate agent, that’s also fine.
Are you solicitors?
No, but we work very closely with carefully-selected partner solicitors who will provide legal counsel for your transaction. Conveyo manages both the solicitors and the process on your behalf. You will have direct access to your solicitor anytime. Our prices include your solicitor’s legal fees, data, and standard disbursements.
Do both sides need to work with Conveyo?
Conveyo can work with sellers, buyers, or both. We achieve peak efficiency when collaborating with both parties. But even
when assisting only one side, we remain considerably faster than the market average.
Who pays for your services?
Conveyo is cost neutral to all parties. Instead of paying traditional conveyancers, buyers and sellers pay Conveyo and enjoy a significantly smoother transaction experience.
Are there any upfront costs?
Conveyo collects a £299 fee from clients upon instruction.
Do you receive public funding?
We are supported by His Majesty’s Land Registry through Geovation. Our innovative approach has garnered the interest and backing of both public institutions and businesses, which have given us their support and backing to modernise the property market.
